Cloud Carib’s Command and Control Centre (C3) is a centralized location for us to Monitor, Manage, Maintain, and Automate both Cloud Carib and client infrastructure. It supports operational delivery, the Service Management Framework (SMF), and process management. The C3 Service Desk is available to clients 24/7, 365 days a year.
